dottie & blush delivers to mainland UK using Royal Mail or a courier for larger or heavier items.
If you require delivery to remote areas of the UK or to other countries simply select your location from the list provided at checkout and shipping will be calculated for you. This excludes heavy items such as mirrors and large signs but please get in contact by emailing [email protected] where we can quote for these items.
Although your items may arrive quickly please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your delivery to arrive.
Local Collection
If you are local to dottie & blush (Salisbury, Wiltshire) and would prefer to collect your order then please enter "FREECLICKANDCOLLECT" and we will contact you via email to discuss a suitable collection time.
Lost or Non-Delivered Goods
dottie & blush will not be responsible for any items lost once delivered. If your order has not been delivered then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch any goods. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you upon receipt of card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by incorrect delivery information being given to us or for any delay in delivery of the good whatever the cause. If we fail to deliver the goods, or any part of the goods for any other reason than any cause beyond our control or the customers fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
Green Delivery
Where possible we try to use recycled packing materials to lessen the impact on the environment.
Busy Times
As we are a small independent retailer please be patient with us during busy times, especially Christmas. Please allow sufficient time for delivery when placing your order. Any final ordering date for Christmas will be posted through our social media pages or our Home page.
